Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, we do offer standard discount codes some period during a year; however please follow our website for updated information. Not a member? Please sign up now. Also, make sure and sign up for our email list so that you don’t miss out on special offers.

Do you offer Bulk Pricing?

We offer bulk pricing on orders of 100 pieces or more. If you would like to request a Bulk Quote you can email us for a better deal and our Sales Team will provide you with a quote.

What should I do if I lose my password?

Once you have selected “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner of our site there is a link where you can click “Forgot Password.” Once you select this option you can enter in your email address and password reset instructions will be emailed to you.

What should I do if I forgot my username?

Your username is your email address. If you do not remember which email address you used when you set up your account, please send us a message via our official email (support@freehandboutique.com) and we can look up this information for you. 

I am with a school. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept signed Purchase Orders from approved schools. Please contact our Sales Team at support@freehandboutique.com to receive instructions on how to be approved and submit your PO.

Can I place a COD order?

Yes, we do. Please see our Billing Term And Condition for more information. 

I ordered the incorrect item(s). What do I do?

You can email us and request for a return claim. You can also read the  “Return Policy” in the Our Policies Section at the bottom right hand corner of our site. Once on this page you can follow up our instructions for the return process. Make sure and include your order number, item(s) that you’re requesting to return. Once this information is received we will contact you back by email with your return details and give you a FREE RETURN LABEL. 

I forgot to add an item to my order or need to change my order. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, there is no way to add an item(s) or change items once your order is placed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order so that you can replace a new order including your additional items. If this cancellation is unable to be made prior to processing you will need to place a new order for your additional item(s).

Our store is based in 7344 Southern Vista Ct, Star, ID 83669 which is also our warestock that we ship out of.

Do you have samples?

We do not have samples, but there is no minimum quantity to order. You can purchase as little as you want and the shipping cost is still the same.

Refund times and procedures

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (COD, Credit Card, PayPal where available), the refund procedure will start within 7-21 days from when we were informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once we have checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
